Tasty but I would amend this the next time. Definitely too much liquid, so I would cut back on the broth. Would keep the tomatoes fresh on top, not cooked. But, the 15 yr old liked it so I can't complain!

Delicious! Our jalapeno wasn't very spicy, but that's just random. The lime and cilantro and onion was a great mix with the pork. It'll be a regular meal around here!

This was delicious. I used pork loin instead of tenderloin, I like the thin layer of fat on the loin. Also I used half the broth to avoid runniness, upped the salt a bit, used 2 serrano peppers seeds and all, maybe 1/2 cup of cilantro, bacon fat instead of olive oil and some fresh garlic and when it was done and still in the pan gave it an additional squeeze of lime juice. We had the tacos topped with some Mexican cheese and along side served spicy hot Mexican rice and refried beans. This would make great burritos, we will definitely have this several times a year.

I was not crazy about this recipe. Didn't have much flavor and was quite runny. I doctored up the finished product to make it more appetizing. I have much better recipes for pork tenderloin. Won't Make again.

YUM! I'll give this one a five even though there's lots of preparation time.

Good meal, more what I would call a fajita really. I only made a few minor changes - canned minced jalapeno vs. fresh and I added 1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow pepper in with the onion. I also cut back on the chicken broth to 1/4 cup and let the broth and the lime juice to completely cook down, browning the pork/veggie mix. I omitted cooking the tomatoes and instead put them on fresh on top. DH added shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and low fat sour cream. I added some cubed avocado. Good flavors, would definitely make again. Served with melon balls.

We liked his very much but I made a few changes based on what I had on hand. Instead of jalapenos I used 2 very small poblanos, sliced in thin strips. When everything was back in the skillet together I cooked for much longer than a minute; this not only ensured that the pork and peppers were done but also reduced the sauce making it much thicker. I used bottled lime juice so obviously there wasn't a good lime flavor (and I think another reviewer's comment about lime zest is a good idea). I had no fresh cilantro on hand, intended to use dry and then forgot! Served in corn tortillas with slices of avocado and a serving of Mexican rice on the side. I'll make this again! And I'll stick with the poblanos.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this dish. It was very clean tasting and fresh, especially with summer produce. I would keep this for family only or for specific friends on a summer night. I did all the prep work ahead of time so that I could enjoy a sit down meal. I did what many other reviewers commented - only used 1/4 cup of broth.

My family loved it! We spent some time reducing the meat mixture to ensure all the great lime flavor infused into the pork. I also added 4 tbsp of lime and bell peppers. Using a slotted serving spoon kept our tortillas intact. All in all a great, healthy family dinner that we all love!

i use this recipe as a marinade then drain some of the juices and cook up the pork so good. i also make a limey vinegary coleslaw balanced out with mayo to put over the meat on the tacos.. That is all that is needed to make these pork tacos simply amazing. A little pickled jalapeno juice in the coleslaw works great too

I confess I altered this recipe somewhat. i used 1/2 pound pork, no jalapeno, just a few sliced scallions instead of all that onion and a chili blend I had in the cupboard. I also added a bit of a blend called Chilean Sky which is a bit on the hot side. I used larger tacos (whole wheat) and so I got two servings instead of four. I topped them with cheese and green salsa. This one of my all time favorites.

Just made these tacos.. Oh how I love fresh cilantro.. Okay that being said, I made the recipe as stated minus the tomatoes (husband doesn't like em... What a SHAME!) Anyways, next time I will listen to everyone else that rated this & use less chicken broth as it made the meal a little too soupy. Plus it didn't allow the flavors to lock into the meat. Everything still tasted really good though. I think next time I'll use chicken instead of pork.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. We both loved the freshness of the cilantro and the jalapeno, although next time I will use more heat! I did cut the chicken broth almost in half and it was still just a little watery. We also used fresh lime as a garnish and the extra acid on top. Over all a great week night dininer we will make again.

Good, but a little soupy and not enough lime flavor - I wish I'd read the reviews before I made this! I used corn tortillas, which I think were better because they did not get soggy. Served it with guacamole which I think made a big flavor difference. I will probably make again, but with revisions.

My boyfriend and I both liked this. The flavor was great and it was relatively quick and easy to make. I took other reviewers' advice and cut the chicken broth in half. It proved to be a great suggestion.

Made this last night and it went over well with everyone at the table. The only thing I modified was I had some frozen pre cut onions and peppers. I substituted this for the onion in the recipe. Instead of tenderloin, I used boneless pork chops. Also, we had sour cream and cheese on the table to dress the tacos up a little.

This was a great meal. I used left over pork roast I BBQ'd the night before. I did not cook the tomatoes but instead seved them fresh with green onions. I also served with salsa. Would also be good with avacado. Used homemade tortillas....

Excellent recipe. The only thing I did differently was use pork loin and I marinated it in MCcormick's Grill Mates Mojito Lime marinade. We love mexican and this was a nice change. Looking forward to trying it with Shrimp.

Really liked this recipe. Made it exactly but served on pita bread because I was expecting it to be soupy as others had mentioned but it was not. The flavor of the lime didn't shine through as much as I'd hoped. I'll try adding some lime zest with the cilantro next time.

This is really good and easy. Didn't give 5 stars because there other over the top recipes - although this is not a recipe I would serve to company. It is the perfect weeknight family meal, quick, easy and delicious. Son and girlfriend ate every bit, will make extra next time.

I made this a couple of weeks ago and my husband is still raving about this recipe. My tacos didn't turn out "soupy" at all. As far as the recipe needing more veggies--if you know that you like a lot of veggies you can simply add more--it's your food. I love this recipe and will be making it again :).

Thanks to everyone who warned about too much liquid. Made to recipe except reduced broth by half. Also added some thinly sliced red pepper because we had it on hand (and the ingredients were just too "white" for us). Quick & easy. Served with CL's citrus-spiked slaw and CL's turnip greens with chipotle vinaigrette.

A little runny--makes those flour tortillas really soggy. The lime flavor doesn't shine through like I'd expect in a recipe where the first word in the title is "lime." Flavorful and has potential, but not there yet.

This recipe is fantastic. It may be "runny" but every bite is an explosion of flavor. It's amazing! My husband and I LOVE this recipe. I have made it with chicken as well, and is just as good. I usually double the amount of spices that a recipe calls for as well.
